As part of this new system, we are rolling out a new patient portal, PortalConnect , which expands our ability to provide you with health enhancing information. The portal is designed to make it easy for you to: Communicate with our staff securely Review test results Schedule appointments on-line Enjoy the convenience of 24/7 access to your medical information We have sent more than 20,000 emails over the last 2.5 years and realized that was a piecemeal approach to communicating with our patients. This portal provides ultimate security for two-way communication, for your protection and privacy. Our office policy remains that every Robinhood Integrative Health patient keep a valid credit, debit or HSA/FSA card on file with our office. Your credit card data is kept in a secure server that holds several large financial institutions’ data also. This policy is designed to help you avoid all billing-related fees and focus our time and energy on you and your medical care.
